My responsibility is to lead our Global Operations and Services.  I work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Finance and Human Resource teams to help drive strategy and vision.   My role also provides me with the unique opportunity to help our consulting teams and clients around the world continually improve the way Axsium approaches our consulting engagements while influencing how our clients can best harness the significant power from the solutions available on the market today.  These experiences drive the continual evolution of Axselerate, Axsium’s proprietary methodology, tools and leading practices.

Leadership requires vision and passion.  Vision sets the stage, but vision alone is not enough. You must also be passionate about that vision.  You need to believe in what you are doing.  Only then can you inspire colleagues and clients to exceed their own expectations and potential.
