Job Description:

The Consulting Director’s primary role will be to manage multiple accounts and project teams engaged in the implementation of technical and organizational Workforce Management Solutions.

Responsibilities will include the following:

• Maintain or manage the maintenance of project plans, financial budgets and project status reporting (internal and external);
• Oversee the quality of and timely delivery of all project documentation and other deliverables;
• Provide the first-line of support for management of client relationships;
• Lead and support the pursuit of new customers and the up-selling of existing customers;
• Actively participate in the creation of marketing and “thought-leadership” content;
• Assume a leadership role with regards to recruiting, retaining, mentoring and evaluating staff consultants;
• Contribute to the development and furthering of Axsium’s service delivery methodologies and overall consulting infrastructure.

Must Have Skills:

• Minimum 10 years experience in Project Management, IT Consulting, Software Integration or IT Implementation Management
• Minimum 10 years experience in managing implementations of packaged Workforce Management or Human Capital Management Solutions (e.g. SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle, Kronos, Cybershift, Workbrain, Workforce Software, Timera, Blue Cube, Blue Pumpkin, JDA)
• Excellent project planning, budgeting, scheduling and resource management skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills.
• Effective in building relationships with client senior executives
• Experienced people manager and mentor
• University or college degree
• PMP or other professional designation will be considered an asset
