Healthcare Workforce Management Specialist
Job Description:
As a Healthcare Workforce Management Specialist you will play an integral part in driving the success of Axsium’s healthcare industry practice, providing thought leadership and best-practice guidance to Axsium prospects and clients.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Support development and execution of Axsium healthcare marketing strategy
- Develop white papers, research, press releases
- Subject matter expert in customer facing presentations and trade shows
- Chair customer advisory board
- Assist in tailoring Axsium methodology templates to US healthcare market (ROI analysis, scorecard etc)
- Identify new service offerings for healthcare market
- Support implementation teams by providing subject matter expertise throughout implementation
- Develop strategic client relationships with healthcare prospects and clients
- Mentor Axsium resources and build internal healthcare subject matter expertise
- Provide deep product knowledge of ANSOS, Workbrain, Kronos, API
- Keep current with product updates/marketing
- Educate Axsium team members on healthcare compliance requirements (JACHO, Magnet etc) and impacts on WFM
- Assist in defining value proposition for prospects
- Leverage and establish US Healthcare Network / Contacts
Experience:
- Registered Nurse with multiple years experience as a Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing in the US
- Scheduling experience in 100 + bed hospital
- Workforce Management Software (ANSOS, Infor/Workbrain, API and/or Kronos) experience in the healthcare setting
- Experience managing/working with a Centralized Staffing Office (nursing)
- Experience managing patient care services budgets
- Exposure to WFM sales process (e.g. as sales support for software vendor or member of healthcare vendor selection team on the client side)
- Multiple years experience consulting within/or for the healthcare industry in the areas of workforce management (scheduling, time & attendance)
