Senior Management Consultant

Job Description:

As a Senior Management Consultant, you will play an integral part in helping clients develop and implement effective HR and Workforce Management strategies. Senior Consultants are responsible for a wide range of activities including Operational/Technical Reviews, Corporate Benchmarking, Strategic Planning, Business Case Modeling, Change Management Strategy, Business Process Reengineering, Vendor Selection and Enterprise Software Implementation.

Responsibilities of the position will include some or all of the following:

  • Create benchmark performance models (financial, technical and operational) to identify areas of opportunity for our clients.
  • Work directly with clients in the performance of operational and technical needs analyses and the development of solution recommendations.
  • Develop clear, concise financial models to demonstrate investment decision ROI.
  • Develop comprehensive change management and communications strategies.
  • Work closely with the client to develop software, hardware and service-provider RFPs/RFIs.
  • Develop vendor scorecards for selection purposes.
  • Lead the development of detailed enterprise solution implementation strategies.
  • Take a lead role (technical or functional) in the final solution implementation.

Must Have Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years experience working as a consultant advising Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the field of Human Capital Management or Workforce Management.
  • Exposure to multiple industries such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Transportation, Government and Entertainment.
  • Experience working with clients in the United States, Global experience is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proven skills in analyzing, designing and implementing complex solutions.
  • Must be a self starter and effectively work under limited supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with a major ERP/ HRMS/ Payroll or Workforce Management Software vendors (Peoplesoft, SAP, Workbrain, Kronos, ADP, Ceridian) will be considered an asset.
  • University or college degree.
  • 75% travel required
