Senior Consultant, EMEA
We are currently expanding our team in Europe and are seeking Senior Consultants to join our team. This is an opportunity to be a strategic leader in driving our growth through providing business and technical solutions to large, complex organizations.
Axsium Human Capital Solutions Ltd. assists clients to develop and implement effective HR and Workforce Management operational strategies primarily in the area of Time and Attendance and Advanced Scheduling. Our consultants are involved in a wide range of activities including business process engineering, operational/technical reviews, corporate benchmarking, business case modeling, vendor selection, and software implementation.
Ideal candidates will posses experience working as a senior level Human Capital Management or Workforce Management advisor to Fortune 1000 companies.
Responsibilities of the position will include some or all of the following:
- Create benchmark performance models (financial, technical and operational) to identify areas of opportunity for our clients.
- Work directly with clients in the performance of operational and technical needs analyses and the development of solution recommendations.
- Develop clear, concise financial models to demonstrate investment decision ROI.
- Develop comprehensive change management and communications strategies.
- Work closely with the client to develop software, hardware and service-provider RFPs/RFIs.
- Develop vendor scorecards for selection purposes.
- Lead the development of detailed enterprise solution implementation strategies.
- Take a lead role (technical or functional) in the final solution implementation.
Must Have Skills:
- Minimum 3 years experience working as a consultant advising Fortune 1000 companies.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the field of Human Capital Management or Workforce Management.
- Exposure to multiple industries such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Transportation, Government and Entertainment.
- Experience working with clients in Europe, Global experience is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proven skills in analyzing, designing and implementing complex solutions.
- Must be a self starter and effectively work under limited supervision.
- Strong interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills.
- Experience working with a major ERP or Workforce Management Software vendors (Peoplesoft, SAP, Workplace, Infor/Workbrain, Kronos, Redprairie) will be considered an asset.
- University or college degree.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
