Management Consultants and Strategic Services

Axsium’s strategic services team is comprised of business management consultants who have proven workforce management product or domain expertise. Our consultants assist our clients by providing them with a clear solution and the strategic plan to get them there.

Roles within the strategic services team include Consultants, Project Managers and Directors who work closely with our clients to: 

• Provide strategic advice based on industry experience and WFM/HCM expertise
• Complete detailed business case analysis producing solution strategies to ensure ROI
• Labor Model Assessment
• Guide clients through the vendor selection process  
• Advise clients and provide training and change management leadership 

We look for someone who:

• Has operations and/or management experience within a retail, healthcare or manufacturing
• Is solution focused  and is “political savvy”  developing relationships in order to best navigate through stake holder concerns
• Is comfortable working with ambiguity and enjoys working in a flexible environment
• Demonstrates superior verbal and written communication skills and capable of senior level communication
• Energized by working under pressure to meet deadlines
