Workforce Management | Sales Director

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales professional with a minimum of 5 years experience in selling Enterprise Software and/or Professional Services solutions in Workforce Management (WFM) and/or Human Capital Management (HCM).  The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, articulate sales professional with proven analytical, negotiation and collaboration skills with superior written, active-listening, and oral communication skills.  Specific experience selling into the Manufacturing, Healthcare, Financial Services and Retail verticals is preferred

As a WFM Sales Director you will play a leadership role in identifying prospects, determining business issues, proposing appropriate consulting services, presenting and articulating solution benefits, coordinating presentations/executive meetings, negotiating contracts and closing new business at or above specified sales goals.

Responsibilities will include some of the following:

  • Prospecting and lead generation
  • Leverage and establish Network/Contacts in relevant industries
  • Lead, manage and coordinate all activity of a sales cycle
  • Create proposals and negotiate contracts Meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Control the cost of sales
  • Develop strategic client relationships with prospects, clients and industry partners
  • Territory and account planning Timely and accurate sales reporting

Experience:

  • The ideal candidate will possess minimum of 5 years working in a professional services sales position
  • Established network/contacts from previous successful engagements
  • Possess significant knowledge of the unique WFM challenges and opportunities to improve the business of labor in the Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail and Financial Services industries
  • Successful track record of closing deals in the $100K to $1M+ range in relevant industries
  • Proven ability to work independently and interact with various teams to achieve project goals
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Dynamic and persuasive presentation skills
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that demonstrate Axsium's core values
  • Previous WFM implementation experience is considered an asset
