Johannes Tjiang, Principal

Mr. Tjiang is responsible for delivering strategic Workforce Management (WFM) solutions to manufacturing and other industries. He has over 17 years of experience delivering large-scale and strategic system integrations and WFM solutions to Fortune 500 clients across many industries, including manufacturing, airlines, financial services, and health care.

Prior to joining Axsium, Mr. Tjiang was an Associate Director at Alliance Data, where he led strategic enterprise initiatives in the Customer Care and Marketing areas. Prior to Alliance Data, Mr. Tjiang held various management roles with Workbrain and Accenture. While at Workbrain, Mr. Tjiang worked with leading companies in their respective industries delivering strategic WFM solutions.

Mr. Tjiang holds Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University.
