Steve Levy, Principal

Steve Levy has over 15 years of extensive Workforce Management experience in a leadership role and is a key member of Axsium’s senior management team. Levy has established himself as an accomplished leader within the Workforce Management (WFM) community.

Prior to joining Axsium, Steve held the position of National Director of Professional Services at Kronos Incorporated, a leading vendor of Enterprise Workforce Management software.  Among his accomplishments at Kronos, Levy spearheaded fiscal P&L responsibility for up to 150 personnel and a $40M budget, created the national retail vertical for Kronos and he led the service delivery organizations for Healthcare and Gaming.  Prior to Kronos Levy was the Co-Founder and VP of Professional Services of Simplified Workforce Solutions Inc., a vendor of optimized scheduling and analytics software for the retail, restaurant and healthcare industries.

Steve also held the position of Manager of European Operations for SAP Campbell Software, Inc. (1995-1999) based in London, England.  In that capacity he oversaw sales, partner alliances, and deployments of workforce management solutions to premier retailers in the US and Europe.  Mr. Levy holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration degree from Drake University in Iowa.
