Each year we see increased growth in the refinement of Workforce Management (WFM) solutions that provide opportunities for significant operational benefits and cost savings. Previously, workforce tools were often implemented as standalone systems, as such, they did not talk to each other. This resulted in a loss of real time employee and operational data and often required an organization to invest a substantial amount of non-value added time to support multiple systems. Today’s WFM software and hardware vendors offer numerous solutions to meet most operational and business needs.
