Axsium Group to Present on Enterprise Workforce Management at Oracle HCM Users Group Meeting

Toronto, ON, March 3, 2006 -- Tim Lett, Managing Partner of Axsium Group has been asked to present at the Oracle HCM User Group’s Spring User Group meeting April 19-21 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

His presentation on Friday April 21, 2006 is entitled, “Creating Competitive Advantage through Enterprise Workforce Management.” Axsium Group brings a unique perspective to the Workforce Management consulting market, and Mr. Lett will share real-world examples of how Axsium and its clients have developed their own competitive advantage through Enterprise Workforce Management.

The focal point of Mr. Lett’s presentation will be the education of HR professionals on the power of Enterprise Workforce Management to drive strategic, measurable change. “Many organizations that use Oracle and Peoplesoft HCM products are only scratching the surface with regards to Workforce Management. By strategically using the products already at their disposal, these organizations have the opportunity to drive dramatic, measurable reductions in labor costs”.
