Axsium Selected by Dixons Retail to Optimise Store Deployment and Processes

 

Toronto, ON, April 19, 2011 – Dixons Retail plc, one of Europe’s leading computing and electrical retailers, has selected Axsium Group to lead their workforce measurement initiative by providing a comprehensive set of labour standards, thereby helping the retailer to sustain growth, increase productivity and deliver world class customer service.

 

Dixons selected Axsium after a thorough evaluation of competing vendors. Axsium was chosen because of its strength in all aspects of retail workforce management, knowledge of European work rules and depth of experience with labour standards. As part of their workforce measurement initiative, working collaboratively with a team from Dixons, Axsium will establish and document their core operating model and labour standards using a combination of development methodologies supported by Axsium’s proprietary tools.
