Bob Clements

President

I am Axsium’s chief workforce management evangelist. I drive Axsium’s workforce management vision across several areas of the business. I am responsible for the market research and thought leadership that Axsium produces. I lead our go-to-market team, focusing on growth initiatives including our industry practices and international market development. In keeping with our corporate vision of continual evolution, I work to keep Axsium’s service offering on the cutting edge with fresh research and a commitment to adaptability, something Axsium has become known for.

On Leadership

I believe in leading by example. It clearly demonstrates what you expect and shows others that the sky is the limit when you set out to accomplish something. Leading by example inspires confidence and motivates those on your team. Done well, it sets the pace for those around you.

Kris Brackett

Senior Vice President

My role at Axsium is to lead our business development and sales efforts. It’s an exciting and constantly evolving challenge to ensure that our services align with the priorities of our customers and provide immediate value to their labor-oriented initiatives. It’s also a rewarding, creative endeavor that’s fundamentally based on the pride our consultants take in delivering world-class solutions to our world-class clients. Their efforts are the foundation by which we provide the evidence to the market of our firm’s commitment and effectiveness. It makes my job easier, I just get to tell the story.

On Leadership

Though it may sound cliché, I endeavor to create an environment where the client’s voice is paramount. Our greatest contribution as a sales team is our ability to listen carefully and represent the balance between our capabilities and the client’s best interests. Do we clearly understand what the client is asking, can we identify a set of value-added deliverables at a reasonable price, and is there a path to success? Before I began selling services, I too was a consultant and I continue to view our partnerships, both external and internal, through that lens. As a player-coach I try to lead by example, setting a high standard to exceed expectations and offer creative, practical solutions to the opportunities that grow our business.

David Honicky

Senior Vice President

I manage our strategic partnerships with the leading workforce management solution providers.  Maintaining those relationships to support our efforts with our clients is a key element of my role here.  In my spare time, I am also corporate counsel for Axsium.

On Leadership

A good leader knows when to jump into the fray and when to step back. Good people need support, not interference, and the trick is finding where that line should be drawn. Also, communication of intent and consistency of action are critical to developing a team that believes in its leaders and supports its strategy.

Robin Merritt

Senior Vice President

I am responsible for developing and driving new service offerings to meet the needs of the ever-changing global workforce management and human capital management market.  I work closely with our customers, our sales and delivery teams, all with the objective of providing best-in-class solutions to solve some of the most challenging people oriented goals.

On Leadership

I like to think of myself more of a Coach or a Pacesetter than a “leader”. I think of our team as one big unit, with everyone providing input and everyone helping out when needed. If I need to go and do a store visit, write a project plan, or spend the day in strategic high level discussions, I will. I want to build a team that cares about each other, grows and challenges their current ideas and themselves, and that has fun while doing it. We work for people we respect, we work harder when we know our leader respects us.

Johannes Tjiang

Senior Vice President

I lead Axsium’s service delivery organization in the Americas.  I work closely with our consulting teams to ensure that their work products meets the standards that our clients have learned to expect.

On Leadership

I believe that a good leader actively grooms the next generation of leadership. He inspires and motivates others to grow. He prepares them for the next level in their careers. And, by enabling others, he grows with them.

On Axsium

Our clients value our courage and integrity. When Axsium works with a client, we really listen to them. We take the time to understand their unique challenges, and provide them with honest feedback to address those challenges. Our feedback may not always be something that they want to hear but everyone gets on board when they know it’s the right way to address their particular business challenges.
