Job Description

We seek a dynamic individual to join our team to help promote Axsium and our strategic consulting services and products in the UK, Europe, and APAC. This includes working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams in all regions to create compelling marketing messaging, generate new sales opportunities and leads, and plan and coordinate the execution of client-focused corporate events. The successful candidate is customer-service focused, flexible, organized, detail-oriented, and will ensure all work products are high quality and delivered on time.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with Axsium Sales to identify prospects, then strategize on the most effective messaging to reach out to and capture the attention of those prospects
  • Assist salespeople by doing follow up with key accounts via telephone and email
  • Work with consultants and other subject matter experts to write, edit, and distribute compelling and substantive marketing content to promote Axsium’s services and products across email, the web, print, and social media
  • Take existing marketing content and localize it for the EMEA and Australia markets
  • Plan, write, edit, and coordinate Requests For Proposals (RFPs) responses and questionnaires from prospective clients
  • Manage and maintain a central repository for localized RFP language and related proposal materials
  • Answer ad hoc requests and assist with special sales and marketing projects
  • Plan, promote, and coordinate up to 3-4 customer-oriented events/conferences per year
  • Build Axsium’s relationship with partners in EMEA to secure opportunities for Axsium to promote itself via collaboration on online webinars, breakfast meetings, guest speaker positions, etc.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a B2B sales environment;
    • Workforce Management, HR, Software and/or Consulting experience a plus
  • Excellent communications skills both oral and written;
    • Ability to confidently lead a B2B sales discussion over the phone is required
    • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills required
  • Strong computer skills including mastery of Microsoft applications (Office 2007 and above) with an aptitude for learning new computer software and productivity tools
  • Effective research strategies and capabilities with the ability to gather information from a variety of sources and assemble into a professional deliverable.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work on multiple projects, marshal resources, manage timelines and responsibilities to ensure accurate delivery of key deliverables, while adhering to strict deadlines and producing quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter capable of working effectively from a home office
  • Ability to work independently and with a team is essential
  • CRM, Marketing Automation, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign, & Photoshop experience a plus
  • Experience using Salesforce and Pardot is a strong plus
  • Experience using mainstream social media tools a plus
  • A strong sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support activities across multiple time zones
  • Willingness to travel internationally on an ad hoc as needed basis
