Job Description

Project Delivery

  • Ability to write detailed requirements in a clear and concise manner
  • Create presentations
  • Lead and Facilitate discussions and workshops with the client
  • Ability to manage difficult situations in a calm and structured way
  • Understand and act within the client’s culture – adapt to what’s required
  • Understand and use Axsium templates and methodology
  • Create overall solution design, including best practices
  • Ability to translate design into an effective configuration and implement within the solution
  • Understand and execute an effective test/deployment strategy
  • Understand the full, end to end project lifecycle
  • Understand and have experience of the full, end to end WFM workflow
  • Contribute to project planning
  • Full understanding of Axsium products (e.g. Opus, Change Management); identify opportunities
  • Ensure timely delivery of all project documentation and other deliverables

People

  • Ability to guide and manage a team of consultants – supervision & mentoring & coaching & provide feedback to PM

 

Responsibilities

Internal Culture and Administration

  • Ambassador for Axsium culture – presentation, commitment, integrity
  • Timely and accurate submission of Time and Expense Reports
  • Proactively provide notification of availability
  • Share knowledge across Axsium via use of ASK, etc.
  • Support the sales process as required
  • Understanding and management of project financials for own work

Requirements

  • More than 5 Years of consulting experience in the WFM field
  • More than 5 years workforce management experience developing and executing on workforce management, labor productivity or HCM implementations strategies
  • More than 5 years working with workforce management technologies such as labor forecasting, schedule optimization, time keeping and task management
  • In-depth experience working with major ERP or Workforce Management Software vendors
  • University or college degree
  • Analytical skills – identify gaps, propose, evaluate and recommend alternatives for the product
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong and persuasive written and verbal communication skills, comfortable selling his/her ideas to client’s senior management including C-level executives through discussion and presentation
  • Works well as part of a team or on their own
  • Deadline driven, confident, takes initiative, ability to multi-task
  • management, labor productivity or HCM implementations strategies.
  • Ideally experience working with major ERP or Workforce Management Software vendors
  • Experience working with remote teams and traveling up to 80%
