At Axsium, an Associate Consultant is a developmental role where the incumbent is either new to Workforce Management and/or Consulting.  As an Associate Consultant, you will be integral in the full project life cycle.

Responsibilities

Project Delivery

  • Learn and contribute to the full, end to end project lifecycle
  • Understand and use Axsium templates and methodology
  • Draft detailed requirements for review
  • Work with Consultants to translate design documentation into effective application
  • Create and/or collaborate on client facing presentations
  • Support discussions and workshops with the client
  • Ability to navigate difficult situations in a calm and structured way and seek help if required
  • Understand, adapt and act within the client’s organization and culture
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all project documentation and other deliverables
  • Learn about Axsium products (e.g. Opus, Change Management); and be able to identify associated client opportunities

Internal Culture and Administration

  • Ambassador for Axsium culture – presentation, commitment, integrity
  • Ensure timely delivery of all project documentation and other deliverables
  • Share knowledge across Axsium via use of ASK, etc.
  • Proactively provide notification of availability
  • Timely and accurate submission of Time and Expense Reports

Requirements

  • University or college degree
  • Good analytical and problem- solving skills – experience with MS Office
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Works well as part of a team or on their own with minimal supervision
  • Deadline driven, confident, open to taking initiative, ability to multi-task
  • Familiarity with new technologies
  • Experience working with ERP and/or Workforce Management Software vendors preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 80%
